Are you Giving You Excuses While Having Diet?

First of all, as my experience once i do exercising while having diet my body just won't move and i starting giving myself some lame excuses like lets do later or might think of skip today and double it tomorrow.In fact, We often make excuses when it comes to losing weight. Because of this, we stop ourselves from doing our diet routine, gain more weight and get disappointed in the end. How do you stop making those weight loss excuses?Making so much excuses wont causing your weight loss.

I know do exercises in weight loss aren't easy but you have to discipline yourself.Just do in a neutral and happy way.Weight loss in by forcing won't go effective.

So are you using some of them as Excuses?:

  • Lack of time doing exercises
  • Rushing time of prepare healthy meal
  • Too old for doing workout
  • Not enough motivation
  • Exercise make your body feeling uncomfortable

Taking Excuses instead of Doing it
